What are Miss Onna’s bags made of?
Our bags are crafted from the finest quality yarn, made of 100% eco-friendly cotton yarn.
Can I wash or clean my bag?
Please refer to our Bag Care page for comprehensive instructions on how to maintain and clean your bag.
How long will it take to prepare my item?
All our bags are readily in stock, ensuring quick dispatch times. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, will be dispatched the same day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide FREE delivery for all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.
Can I receive my order sooner?
For UK customers, if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery shipping at checkout, you can receive your order the next day by 1pm.

Can I return my item for a refund?
Certainly! If the bag is not faulty and you wish to return it for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days of receiving it.
What if my item is faulty?
If your bag is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, we offer a repair, exchange, or refund, along with refunding your return postage. Within the guarantee period of 12 months, we provide a prompt repair service.
What if my item is late?
- For UK orders: Royal Mail considers an item lost after 10 working days past the due date of delivery. For Special Delivery, it's after 5 days past the due date.
- For European orders: An International tracked or signed parcel is considered lost after 20 working days.
- For Rest of the World orders: Delivery is deemed lost after 25 working days.
We regret that refunds for late delivery can only be processed after these time limits have elapsed.
