Timeframe for all Orders

• If you make your order before 2pm on a working day, we will dispatch it the same day
• Please check your inbox regularly, including your spam folder, to address any queries or questions from our sales department
• Our business hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday

UK Shipping

We provide the following shipping options within the UK:

• FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all orders (2-3 business days)
• £9.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day by 1pm, Monday to Saturday)

*The UK Shipping information also applies to customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man

International Shipping

We provide the following shipping options for International orders:

• International Tracked & Signed (rates and delivery estimates calculated at Checkout)

Taxes and Import Duties for Overseas Buyers (Customs)

• Once your order arrives in your country, it will be subject to local Customs Charges. We recommend checking these rates before placing your order.
• Unfortunately, we can NOT be responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in your country, nor do we have information on these charges. Please ensure you are aware of your country's import requirements.
• International buyers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries (import taxes, duties, etc.).
